Technical Textiles

Our coating division is equipped with State-of-art imported machinery with in-built knife-on-air as well as knife-on-roll setup and foam generator with six chambers, capable of producing 20000 meters of fabric/day up to 172 cms( 70’’) width.

Our infrastructure is supported by embossing, calendaring and inspection Machines. Our in-house testing laboratory is equipped with sophisticated tools & equipment to handle all the necessary testings to meet the customers desired quality level.

BKS is capable of producing coated fabrics and finished products (impregnated with special chemicals) in Made-ups form and roll form.

Shirting & dress materials are manufactured in elegant designs, weaves, colours and prints. Our shirting and dress materials are made with counts ranging from 40Ne to 120Ne and from 50/2Ne to 200/2Ne in 100 % cotton, cotton blends, and viscose, with different finishes such as wrinkle free, crease resistance in whites, solids etc

Bottom Weights & Jackets

Fabric for bottom weights and jackets are crafted with utmost care to excel in domestic and international markets. In our endeavour we like to provide a variety of weaves, structures, colours in counts ranging from10 Ne to 80Ne ring spun yarn & 6Ne to 20Ne in open end yarn, ply yarns in 100% cotton, cotton blends, viscose,linen, man made yarn to name a few lycra, dual FX, T400, sorono, coolmax etc., with different types of finishes in RFD and solids. Fabric for jackets are coated with different types viz. PU, acrylic, shiny, trench, leather. We also produce bi - stretch and power stretch fabrics. These fabrics are made in a range of GSM - 150 to 400 and widths - 50” to 60” (127 to 152 cm).
